Can we take exams in your school?

Paris Langue is one of the exam centers for the Paris Chamber of Commerce (C.C.I-Paris-Ile-de-France). You may register for the TEF. One session per month is organized. This test is required by French universities for all foreign students. We are also exam center for DFP Affaires B2/C1 of the CCIP. We also organize courses for students who want to pass the DELF/DALF.

Visas

Do I need a visa to come and study at Paris Langues?

If you are coming for a period between 3 and 6 months, you need to apply for a temporary study visa. You will be able to stay in France without having to obtain the student residence permit. Be careful, this visa cannot be extended.
If you are coming for a period of between 3 and 12 months, you need to ask for a student long-term visa. You will get the “carte de séjour étudiant” from the Préfecture which can be renewed after the first year.

Please note that the tourist visa for short stays (less than 3 months) cannot be turned into a long-term visa in Paris, and doesn’t allow for the acquisition of a residence permit.

To find out whether you need a visa or not, what type of visa you require, as well as the documents needed to make such a request, please consult the following website:
